The collaboration with Inovus Medical on the EMIGS program will strengthen our ability to offer surgical simulation for our residents across the USA, and to integrate advanced tools to aid our trainees in pursuing excellence in surgical training.

Innovations like Inovus' high fidelity simulators and Totum platform are helping us transform medical education and training and equip the NHS workforce with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high quality patient care.

The Inovus simulators provide a first, the ability to monitor trainee performance and progress in a structured manner.

The ALRS are pleased to be working in association with Inovus Medical on the delivery of LapPass. Inovus Medical's ethos of affordable, accessible and functional healthcare simulation is something that aligns with the ideals of the ALRS and has been a critical part of this successful collaboration.

The team at Inovus Medical have been integral partners in the delivery of the BSGE National Training Programme. The surgical technologies they create are of excellent quality and design. Their expertise in innovation, combined with their approachability and understanding of the training programme, mean that Inovus Medical are consistently my 'go to' for training support in gynaecology.

We use the full range of Inovus Simulators and Totum for our training at the ICENI. Being able to objectively measure performance is really important and the motion tracking features of Totum allow us to measure technical performance not just on basic skills exercises, but also on a variety of full surgical procedures that are relevant to clinical practice. This means learners can map their progress to a defined goal, improving compliance. This is a valuable addition to our simulation suite.

Having access to the Inovus simulators and Totum platform gives us a valuable opportunity to enhance simulation training. It offers a realistic and immersive environment for trainees to practice and refine their laparoscopic skills and allow trainers the ability to successfully track their progress.

Having used more expensive systems that do not give you that haptic feedback means that the LapAR wins for me. Totum provides a log in that can accompany trainees through their whole training program and provides incredible insight into training progress and improvement.

The Inovus Medical range of simulators allow our trainees the ability to build confidence, hone their skills and familiarise themselves with the instruments before performing procedures on a patient. What is nice about this is the ability to harness the skills of full surgical procedures with realistic haptics and the real instruments.

We utilise the Simulators and Totum platform to provide pre learning, followed by hands on skills training. The fact that the simulators produce natural haptics and allow training with real instruments is what sold our faculty on them. The trainees are loving using the platform. They love the natural haptics generated by LapAR and the data insights from Totum are unlike anything they have ever had before.

The LapAR allowed me to work on my laparoscopic suturing between sessions in the OR. I am not the most tech savvy person, but the simulator and software was really easy for me to use.

The augmented reality simulators and Totum allow the trainees and their trainers to track the progress of their surgical skills development and has given the trainees and their trainers more confidence to allow them to independent operating in the clinical setting.

The great benefit of the Inovus simulators is the haptic feedback that it gives trainees which is unlike the haptics that you get in any other simulator. Inovus brings additional value through its great customer service throughout the process of purchase, implementation, and utilisation.

The simulators are so smooth and easy to use, which is great. The high-fidelity models and real instruments are particularly useful for practising procedures such as salpingectomy and salpingotomy.

The training opportunities have been reduced in the hospital in which I'm working so it's been perfect to have access to a high-fidelity simulator to allow me to continuously practise my skills. I would recommend the simulators to any trainee.

What I like about the LapAR and Totum platform is that it provides training and tutoring opportunities from anywhere, allowing the trainee to review feedback and work on their skills in their own time.

The simulators have been well received by both trainees and trainers.
